RTC Viva Bike Vegas 2009!

The RTC Viva Bike Vegas 2009 was held on October 10th. Nearly 900 bike riders participated in this year's ride. The After-School All-Stars and the Nevada Cancer Institute benefitted from this year's bike ride. Elvis & his showgirls sang as the bikers set out on their 118-mile, 62-mile, or 35-mile rides. Numerous community sponsors and businesses supported this year's event. Plus, the RTC parking lot hosted a bike rodeo, carnival games and food booths. After-School All-Stars kids from Elaine Wynn Elementary School, C.P. Squires Elementary School, Dondero Elementary School and JD Smith Middle School attended the carnival and bike rodeo. Special thanks to Whole Foods, Burger King, Meadow Gold, US Foodservice, Krispy Kreme, and Outback Steakhouse for providing food and drinks!
